The Utility Division of the Sun Peaks Municipality provides water, storm water and wastewater services to the community of Sun Peaks Resort, B.C. that services a population base of up to 10,000 residents and visitors.

The Water and Wastewater rates are set by the Municipal Council.

The Gas Tariff’s Rates and Terms and Conditions is regulated by the BC Utilities Commission.  The Gas Utility is owned by Resort Gas Ltd., and managed by the Municipality’s Utility Division for Resort Gas.
